Another big naxalite attack shakes India and Indian politicians. Its just about a month back when the biggest naxalite attack took place in Bastar, Chhattisgarh in India. It has been many years naxals are operating in Chhattisgarh. Started from village Naxalbadi in West Bengal in year  1967, naxal movement has spread its wings not only in West Bengal, but in neighbouring states of Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, Andhrapradesh, Chhattisgrah & Maharashtra to  a very large extent. Its not limited to these states , to some extent it has reached to Delhi, Gujrat, Uttarpradesh and other states of India as well.

Yesterday, naxalites have attacked a bus in Dantewada, Bastar and killed at least 50 people, including civilians and police officers,

The rebels apparently detonated a mine under the bus in Dantewada district. The bus was going from Dantewada to Sukma in Orissa. There were villagers travelling. Some of them were SPO, special police officers, which means the villagers appointed by the government to inform the police about the movement of naxals in that area. 

Dantewada was the scene of the rebels’ deadliest attack last month, when 76 people were killed. Thousands of people have died in their decades-long fight against the state.

Now there are voices raised by Human rights activists to stop all kind of violence, either by Naxals or by the Government. But their opinion was misunderstood and that was obvious as the mascarre of innocent people is hard to accept by any civilised society. The question arises then what is the way out? Violence against violence would not lead to anywhere. The most important aspect of all these activities is that the very movement, which started to support the Adivasi (Tribals), who are the actual owner of the land and the forests in those area, is now troubling them most. It is these tribals whose villages are evacuated, whose roads are carrying beneath deadly mines, whose lands are occupied against their will, they are suffering the most.
