    I bought this book awhile back and I have tried to follow it. But, it is poorly organized and quite confusing. Think of the old weight watchers where you had to pick 1 serving from group A, 2 servings from group B. etc. Who has that kind of patience and time???? If you are interested in Ayurvedic weight loss, then I suggest that you see an ayurvedic specialist in your area. Skip this book. Mine is in storage.

    Ayurvedic diet can be complicated since it isn’t one size fits all, rather you need to tailor what you consume and create new habits for optimum health. While it can be confusing, if you are not familiar with the concepts of dosha’s, once you or your practitioner has determined yours, this book becomes valuable in your plan to lose weight and regain health and vitality.

  3. I really got a ton of information from this book. Cannot honestly say I applied the principles to my own diet (which is very healthy) but info rang true for me. I wholly recommend it to anyone looking to explore/consider another weight loss theory.
